Carshow Time - Look with neutrals

EYES:

-lid: Vanilla pigment - M.A.C., Blue Brown pigment - M.A.C.
-crease: Brown Script eyeshadow - M.A.C.
-highlight: Brule eyeshadow - M.A.C.
-liner top: Rich Ground fluidline - M.A.C.
-liner bottom: Feline kohl power eye pencil and Brown Script eyeshadow - M.A.C.

LIPS:
Hover lip pencil lining and all over lip, Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick - M.A.C.

Many companies make pigments now so, to do something similar you could look into NYX, they have many pigments and they are really cheap with great color payoff and I believe some drugstore brands have pigments now like L'Oreal HiP.
